Great combination of green and sculptures from Bloomingdale.

Great combination of green and sculptures from Bloomingdale.

I love this one from Bloomingdale, especially the bridge:

Not wasting an inch on space on this nice one from Columbia Heights.

My favorite potted garden from Columbia Heights.

This great garden is from Petworth near the old Soldier’s Home.

“They were taken on the Hill (C Street NE). There’s a bunch of different types of lettuce, chard, potatoes, squash and a few other veggies. I’m so impressed with what folks can do with a tiny patch in the middle of the city.”
Nice! If you know of a great garden (vegetable or otherwise) please send a couple photos with the neighborhood name to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com. I’m always eager to see the great tomatoes folks are able to grow. It might be time for a proper tomato growing contest this year?

“Some pictures of my container garden in Adams Morgan. I have a “Juliet balcony”, not a real balcony, so I got these neat containers that sit on top of my railing.”
Very cool!

This great curb garden is from 10th St, NW in Columbia Heights.

This great garden is from Adams Morgan and those bay windows are pretty sick as well not to mention that porch…

From the Dupont area. Rare to see so much attention given to an alley. Nice.
