The flier says:

“IN THE HEART OF NW DC, AND NEW DEVELOPMENTS, REAR PARKING, END UNIT, HARDWOOD FLOORS, ALL BRICK STRUCTURE.”

Sadly no interior photos but more info can be found here.

This home is listed as a three bedroom two bathroom with 983 square feet.

It’ll be tough to make the call without interior photos but for this size and location do you think $375,000 sounds reasonable?

Perhaps I’m giving you all some early house porn this week. This home is located at 1119 Clifton Street, NW.

Pretty sweet. But is it sweet enough to go for $839,900 (there has been a 30k reduction in price)?

This condo conversion is located at 1309 Fairmont Street, NW.

The flier for unit A says:

“Custom Renovation complete! 2 level condo in an all brick Victorian townhouse . An architectural delight w/ all new windows, custom millwork, no detail overlooked! More info and virtual tour found here.

The flier for Unit B says the same thing as Unit A. But you can find more info and a virtual tour of Unit B here.

Unit A is going for $649,000 and Unit B is going for $729,000 (a 20k price reduction for B). They are both 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. Do these prices sound right? After looking at the virtual tour – how do you think the conversion turned out?

More info and great photos from a virtual tour here.

Now in the house porn editions I’m more interested to hear what you think about the house itself but for those that are in the know do you think $1,275,000 seems reasonable?

This home is located at 1113 Harvard Street, NW.

The flier says:

“Shows very well. Hardwood floors through-out. New furnace, washer/dryer, carpet in bedrooms, marble floors in baths and ceramic tile in kitchen. Private parking is only $200 a year.”

You can find more details and photos here.

We once talked about this row of homes before because I found them to be quite unusual. I do like the location. This is a 2 bed 2.5 bath going for $399,000. Do you think it seems reasonable? Don’t hate too much on the vinyl…

This home is located at 139 Varnum St, NW.

The reader writes, “I hate the fact that it looks like they may have gutted all the original features that make Petworth rowhouses so great, but $330k for a renovated end unit rowhouse within a mile of the metro has to be a good deal, right?”.

I think there are some people in the community that may have a little more insight on this house than I do. Hopefully they’ll write in. But from what we know does $329,900 seem reasonable?

This home is located at 1362 Otis Place, NW.

It looks like they did some solid reno work here. I’m curious what you think about the both the outside and inside. It’s been on the market for 84 days and there’s only been a $20k reduction in price. Do you think it’s possible it’ll go for the asking price of $540,000?

This home is located at 1909 8th Street, NW.

The flier says:

“Great price for a large home in U Street. Brick Row home 2 blocks f/metro & U street 3 bedroom 1 bath w/ basement. Large living and dining room VERY tall ceilings and lots of windows. Basement could be easily finished. Large rear deck and yard. Nice opportunity for someone to find a good deal in a good neighborhood.”

More info and photos found here.

I like the location but I’m a little hesitant because there is only one bathroom. What do you think – does $529,900 seem reasonable for a whole house at this location?

This condo is located at 2017 Kalorama Rd NW.

The flier says:

“Lovely 2-lvl 2BR condo with 2BA en suite in sought after Kalorama Triangle, w/ PARKING FOR ONE CAR, in boutique 4-unit rowhouse. Many windows, high ceilings, 2 wood-burning FPs, island kitchen, wood & terra cotta tile floors, private garden & w/ d in unit. 2 red line Metros just short walks away.”

You can find more info and a virtual tour here. I think it looks pretty sweet except for the mirrored wall. It was originally listed at $594,900 but is now on the market for $525,000 $499,000 – think that’s reasonable?

After the jump see the house I really wanted to show at 2218 Wyoming Ave for the Wed. porn edition but I couldn’t find any info. It is pretty sick. (more…)
