I was on the corner of O and 9th NW tonight (Nov 15) at around 8pm, walking south; she was about to cross O heading north. She was absolutely beautiful, had her hair in a ponytail, and was wearing a black sweater with some sort of design on the front; I think she was also carrying a bag of groceries? I was in jeans, brown boots, and a black jacket. We made eye contact, then I looked down, and when I looked up she was still looking at me and smiled! I definitely had a missed connection here and I think she feels this too. I was standing with my bike at the DuPont Circle Fountain right next to the Algerian flags at the start of the DC Bike Party on 11/6.
