Room & Board, will be participating in House Beautiful magazine’s annual city-wide green chair drop, that will include R&B’s Otis swivel chair as well as 18 other chairs and will take place this Wednesday and Thursday. Basically, House Beautiful will put chairs in iconic locations around DC for the taking and give clues as to where one can find the chairs on their facebook and twitter pages. If you find it, it’s yours! Previously, dropping chairs in NYC and Chicago, DC is the third city to get the giveaway. There’s also an online scavenger hunt in which an R&B Emmet Lounge chair will be up for grabs along with 10 other chairs.

On a side note I apologize if I’m offline for a bit, I’m gonna be hanging out at the Lincoln Memorial for the next 48 hours…
