This beauty is from Cleveland Park on Newark Street. I love the windows and the lines on this house. Plus the wrap around porch is pretty sick. Man, when my trust fund kicks in…

You can see an umbrella peaking out just on the right hand side so the space is probably a bit bigger than it looks. I imagine it is super sweet up there (on N Street just east of 15th).

Yeah, ok, perhaps it is condos but I gotta give props to this structure. We judged this one, located on V St. between 13th and 14th, before it was fully completed and I think it came out looking really good. It’s not the most traditional but I dig a little modern flavor from time to time.

I think I got a month’s worth of houses of the day from Crestwood.

What’s your favorite part? I’m totally digging the mosaic in the bathroom and of course the stained glass.

I’m not sure if this is a carriage house or garage but it’s this first one I’ve seen with a dormer. Nice stonework too…

A similar border to yesterday’s door, though this one has some great stained glass.

I’m really digging those chairs.

Found not far from today’s house of the day, I think closer to Buchanan though.
