Yes, I considered calling this window of the day… But for real it’s nice to see some unique windows on the side of rowhouse. I wonder why they don’t but in windows like this on new construction. Any ideas?

It’s a little boxy, but I kind of like it. Do you think it fits with the overall feel of the block? You can see a more traditional rowhouse that fills the rest of the block.

I was originally drawn to the spiral staircase but when I saw the tree sticking out up top I realized that must be a sick roofdeck. So let me ask again if anyone has a roof deck send me some pictures to princeofpetworth (at) gmail (dot) com or invite me over and I’ll take some photos. Share the wealth!

I’m intrigued by the details overhanging the roof and porch plus the upper windows are a bit wild. Good stuff.

In the past we have seen mini row houses and renovations but I think this is the first mini rowhouse renovation I’ve seen. So can you dig it? Or more importantly do you dig it?

I can’t remember if I’ve shown this photo before but it was very striking as I walked past it. I think I dig the rivets that you can see on the metal surrounding the windows. What do you think?  It’s also one hell of a pop up but I don’t think it looks too bad.

I’m going to be honest, I have no idea where I took this picture. Maybe Eckington, Le Droit Park… Well, where ever it is – it’s pretty sweet, yeah?
