I think I have shown this building in a much earlier iteration. But it looks nearly completed now. So what do you think thumbs up or down? Also this is a new construction and you can see that one side has windows and one doesn’t, so what’s up with that? Why would they do that if it is new construction?

We’ve spoken about this building on S Street in Shaw a number of times. Of course hipchickindc wrote the great piece about ArtSpace across the street but I had never snapped a photo of the building before. Lots of potential for this to turn into something wicked cool, yeah?

Very cool section in the middle, never seen one like this before.

Looks like a fairly standard building. But what I’m curious about are the two condos that have private entrances. Is that more appealing? They’re both on the first floor of course. Would you rather have a private entrance on the first floor or a standard condo on a higher floor?

I think this one looks pretty sweet. It is the Washington House located at 16th and Florida. The corner with the circular rooms looks dope. What do you think thumbs up or down?

I saw this on a regular looking row house from an alley. I think it emits a light to alert on coming ships that they are approaching land. Personally I think this would be a sick spot for a cup of coffee…

For those that don’t like painted brick, what do you think about this white one? I think it looks super fresh. Pretty cool house too. How often do you think they have to paint it to keep it so white?

This building is located on the 1400 block of Chapin Street. Clearly it has a cool roof deck but do you think the style of the building is cool?
