“Biscuit is an 11-year-old American Bulldog living in Brightwood Park. She’s a Humane Rescue Alliance alum and loves sunbathing, belly rubs, and watching people walk by from her front porch perch.”

“Mama is (probably) a 4 month pit mix who came to HRA at the end of September as a skinny stray. She does great with our elementary school-aged kids and even lets the loud toddler boss her around while handing her treats (“Eat this, baby dog!”). She will have to be introduced to other animals after leaving foster care, as she only sees neighborhood dogs in passing on walks with us, and no cats yet. She is still working on peeing outdoors and sleeps well in her crate. Mama doesn’t like heavy bass from passing cars but otherwise is getting used to city sounds.

Mama is the name HRA has her listed under on their site here.”
