“I wanted to share our foster kitty, Paprika. She is a really sweet 9 month old girl we rescued from our backyard in Brookland because she was super friendly but really underweight. She likes supervised outside leash hangs in the sun, head scratches, and biscuit making.

If anyone is interested in exploring adoption they can message me on insta!”

“Gracie is a 7-year old sweet mess of a girl adopted from the Humane Rescue Alliance in August of 2022. She was sadly neglected and is allergic to so many things, including humans, that she came to us missing large swaths of fur. She now lives in Hilleast, eats a carefully curated diet, and goes for regular trips to the beauty salon. Today’s look reflects Gracie’s sweet but bad-ass nature. But if you’ve got severe allergies, even a bad ass has to go hypoallergenic. Hence, the teal in Gracie’s mohawk is thanks to food dye purchased from Hill’s Kitchen. Let’s just say Gracie prefers to shop local.”

Introducing Leatherback, a charming male Domestic Shorthair born in April 2023. His foster mom affectionately calls him Bobby, thanks to his adorable bobtail and unique coat swirls that make him a strikingly handsome kitten. Leatherback, despite his initially shy demeanor, has blossomed into the friendliest little guy who craves daily hugs and loves being held like a baby. He’s a vocal companion, often meowing for attention and will come to you for cuddles. Leatherback enjoys lounging on the couch and even shares the bed with his foster mom. Despite his “resting worried face,” he’s a spirited and adventurous kitten who fearlessly explores once he’s comfortable. Leatherback is a playful soul, particularly fond of his spring toy, and he’s an excellent feline guardian, ready to defend his treasures. He gets along swimmingly with other cats, making him a perfect addition to a home with a playful feline friend. Apply today!
