Animal Fix

If you have any animal/pet photos you’d like to share please shoot me an email to princeofpetworth(at)gmail(dot)com with ‘Animal Fix’ in the title and say the name of your pet and your neighborhood. Your photos will go into the queue (usually 3-4 weeks wait) and will be posted in the order I receive them. If you’ve already entered your pet and would like to do so again – that’s no problem – just space the entries out a bit.

Sasha – Rural Dog Rescue

Sasha is a sweet, young pup from Rural Dog Rescue, taken in after she had been hit by a car and suffered a fracture that, on a scale of 1-10, the vet placed at a 13-14.  Even after all of this, as you can see, this girl was still wagging her tail and smiling in the shelter prior to her medical care.  Now on her way to recovery (with all four legs), she will be on Rural Dog Rescue’s webpage soon, and you can apply to adopt Sasha, or any of our animals, by sending the adoption application to ruraldogrescue16@gmail.  If you would like to foster one of our animals, feel free to send the foster application to that email address as well.  Our next adoption event is this Saturday, June 29th, at Howl to the Chief, 733 8th Street SE from noon until 3pm.
