This decision has proven way harder than I could have possibly imagined. If fact it was so difficult that I changed my mind about a dozen times. I honestly feel that each and every entry could have won. But alas you have to pick a winner. But in this case I’ve picked two winners. The above photo and accompanying text was so touching that it was a clear winner to me. And I was only going to give out one ticket until I received the last entry just a couple of days ago. I selected the below photo as a winner because of the accompanying text.

That is exactly what I love about the city as well. And since my friends who are hardcore Wilco fans already have tickets then why not give away another ticket, yeah? So to the winners please email me directly so I can arrange a time to drop off the tickets sometime this weekend. A small consolation but for all other entrants if you email me directly I’d be happy to get you a PoP t-shirt. Thanks for the amazing entries and keep on loving what you’re loving.

It is always so great to meet the folks behind the names. It was truly a pleasure to meet you. Enjoy your shirts! And thanks to the folks at Red Derby for being such gracious hosts. For those who missed this one the next one will be in the Spring when we can enjoy the warm weather.

Red Derby around 7 pm.  It’s a pretty small bar so everyone should be able to meet up without any problems.  If you can’t find me, I’ll be the drunk guy singing Drive By Truckers songs at the top of my lungs.
