Maybe some of you have seen these plates before. They usually have just a three digit number with a blue border around the numbers. So who gets these special plates? Do they signify anything special?

I noticed this US Boundary marker in Mt. Pleasant and couldn’t think of the country it bordered. Is this like a Ceuta and Melilla situation?
A number of readers have written asking about the “construction/demo work going on in the building between Sweet Mango’s and the Faith Deliverance Center”. So who’s got the scoop? Any idea what it will be?

I always love spotting ‘House for Sale’ signs that have the picture of the realtor(s) on them. Many of these photos often look like Christmas shots taken in the mid to late 80s. In this particular photo check out the sweet sky blue background in the portrait. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Adams Mill Road in Mt. Pleasant has a sweet section of really tall retaining walls with cool curved stairways leading up to the house. I’m sure these houses have easier access in the backyard but these look great. Better shot of the retaining wall after the jump. (more…)

I’m digging the shutters on the second floor.
