Easily recycle your leftover paint! PaintCare is hosting a free and convenient leftover paint drop-off and giveaway event at the DC Armory (1910 E Capitol St SE, Washington, D.C. 20002) on October 26th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Households may bring any amount of house paint or primer, stain, or clear finishes. Paint must be in a sealed container with the original manufacturer label. We cannot accept aerosol coatings, solvents, or other hazardous waste. Businesses who wish to drop-off paint must qualify as exempt generator under federal and any analogous state hazardous waste generator rules.

In 2011 I got out of the rain in a Petco. They had rescue adoptions with a photo of Floyd, a handsome gray tabby missing a front leg. He had a tipped ear, and they initially thought he was too angry to adopt. However, Val believed in him.
