The house is in NW DC, a few blocks (10 minute walk) from Takoma metro (red line). It’s located on a large corner lot with lots of natural light, directly across a park and the playing fields of Takoma Recreation Center that includes tennis courts, baseball, basketball and swimming pools (free to residents).

If you are not familiar with Takoma, DC, it is a hidden gem in the city. It is just a few metro stops north from the bustling Columbia Heights, 14 Street NW, U Street and Petworth metros. Once you disembark you will notice the laid back and community vibe of this area. Plenty of restaurants are within a short walk and more are coming including a Bussboys and Poets. This area also boasts a year round Farmers Market.
