Apparently the Cantina Paraiso is out of business. I went there opening weekend and a few times thereafter and sadly predicted that it would not survive. The Jinya Ramen restaurant before it also failed. It was easy to see this coming.”
Google currently has them listed as “temporarily closed”:

“I went by the restaurant during the height of Lunch. While some lights are on inside, the place is shut tight, with no patrons or staff. The OPEN sign is off and the open banners are tossed to the side of the building. Reservations won’t “take” on Open Table. The phone still rings but without a message or anyone answering. The outdoor furnishings are still on the patio.”
