In Columbia Heights, Sunday mid-day shooting at 14 St NW and Fairmont St. Revenge shooting from last Saturday’s 2am shooting? I’ve heard there’s ‘crews’ operating there.”
MPD reports:
On September 27th (yesterday/Sunday) around 2:30pm:
“Officer Lee was flagged down in the 1400 Block of Fairmont Street NW in regards to a shooting. A preliminary investigation revealed
that the Suspect shot the Victim with intent to kill.”
On September 19th around 4:55pm at the 2600 block of 14TH STREET NW:
“Officers responded to a call for sound of gun shots at the above address. Officers canvassed the area and discovered V-1 suffering
from gunshot wounds to his buttocks. Officers also discovered that 10 parked and unoccupied vehicles were damaged from the
gunshots. The suspect is unknown at this time.”
