This alley between S and R St NW behind the 1400 block of 14th Street, NW has a continuous layer of grease and the trash over flows,
today in particular with the 3 day weekend.
Alley’s should be monitored and enforcement to keep them clean to prevent attracting rodents across every ward, neighborhood, streets and Allen’s in stead of select points in certain neighborhoods. The number of rodent burrows in people’s front yard is another major task that the city is trying to tackle.
