Suicide prevention starts with everyday heroes like you!
This Saturday, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s National Capital Area Chapter will host the 19th Annual Washington, D.C. Out of the Darkness Walk, bringing thousands to the National Mall for a powerful day of hope and healing.
Join survivors, families, friends, and advocates as we come together to raise awareness for mental health and stop suicide. Whether you’re walking in honor or memory of someone you love, celebrating your own resilience, or standing up for a future where no one faces their struggles alone, every step makes a difference.
