“I’m Chad. Alex (former owner of dos gringos) is a dear friend of mine. Here’s a photo of us on her last day slanging food at dos gringos. Underneath her mask is a vibrant smile that was dedicated to the community of Mount pleasant. I’m honored she decided to pass me the reigns and I hope to make her proud.
