“There’s new signage with the name, El District 24, but I can’t find much more information other than that and the liquor license posting.”
The liquor license placard says:
“New Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern with a Seating Capacity of 150, Total Occupancy Load of 150, and a Sidewalk Café with 32 Seats. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement, and an Entertainment Endorsement to provide Live Entertainment inside the premises.”
