“Saw a bystander or two helping at least one occupant out of the overturned car.
Fire department just put out the fire about 5 minutes ago.”
“MPD has the suspected driver in custody. Police found a half-empty 1.75L of Bacardi Gold in the car; suspect is visibly impaired and failed the field sobriety test and will be charged with multiple counts, including DUI, destruction of property, and fleeing the scene.”
