Looks like all new seating at Landmark. They didn’t just replace the broken ones. Though some of them are already broken again.
The decorative buttons in the backs of some of the seats are also missing. It seems more likely it’s damage in transit or on installation rather than wear and tear. I don’t know how you would damage a headrest in that way just from use. This is Atlantic Plumbing BTW”
