What is the deal with lead pipe digging in DC?
This company Spiniello shuts down the street and then digs and digs the same yards “looking for lead pipes” a couple times a week. They keep coming back to my street (Petworth/Brightwood Park) every few weeks to dig again. Any idea why they need to keep digging?
I am hearing other people in the city say they replace their lead pipes and then get their yard dug up a few weeks later.”
