Sweet. CherCHer opened next door at 3608 14th Street, NW back in 2023. The liquor license placard for Deluxe Bar coming next door says:
“A class “C” tavern with 55 seats and a Total Occupancy Load of 70 inside premises. Sidewalk Café with 15 seats, and a Total Occupancy Load of 20. Entertainment Endorsement to include Cover Charge and Dancing Inside premises and on Sidewalk Café.”
