The Starbucks that was here closed (I think last summer when they closed all those Starbucks across the country?) and since then there has been cardboard paper covering the windows with the front door having a contractor sign in. I was walking past it two days ago and saw the cardboard was ripped through the window so I took a peek and
looks exactly the same as it did before. Not sure what contractors were going inside but it looks like no work has been done and this prime location seemingly will remain empty for the time being.”
