This space that I’m pretty sure is just owned by DC. I had hired contractors removing all the leaves. So it’s been cleared even though it’s under a huge tree. Well, this lady came by with massive bags of leaves and just dumped them all and spread them around.
She left and came back with another car load. I know leaves are good for ecology but someone paid a contractor to remove the ones from this tree.
Like what is she doing, what’s happening?“
