“It’s been hovering above the neighborhood since 11 am. in between Brentwood and Ivy City.”
“Helicopter hovering over NoMa.”
I believe those are related to the “Amtrak power line inspections” that was also spotted last week.
and also a bit of a different situation on Sunday:
“I feel like this whole weekend has had so many really low flying helicopters over NE DC. They are extremely loud.
However this morning around 5.35am or 5.40am, there were 5 choppers that flew directly over Union Market, again really low and loud.“
