I was driving northbound on 395 and waiting in line to make the right turn onto New York Ave NW. I saw a garage door open at the mouth of the tunnel, directly under k street NW. Inside there seemed to be multiple giant lion statues,
office furniture and a port-a-john.
Does anyone know what these lion statues are or where they came from?“
