“Dear PoPville,
A friend was walking from his home in Logan Circle this morning at around 7:30 am. He was on the North side on Vermont walking toward the circle when he was hit by a vehicle. He flipped over the hood of the car and was thrown to the ground. The car (driver) that hit him did not stop.
Several neighbors offered assistance but he was so shaken up and confused that he didn’t get their information. Is there any way you could crowd source through your site to see if anyone witnessed. He doesn’t even remember what type of vehicle hit him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.”
