I was out running along the Mall this morning (Sunday) when I saw 4 helicopters land on JFK Hockey Field (1964 Independence Ave, SW) just south of the Reflecting Pool around 5:30am.
They were only there for about 5 minutes and only a handful of police were there to turn people away.
Did anyone else see it? Just wondering.”
