Have others noticed an increase helicopters circling?
RT asks around 11:20pm last night: “Helicopters circling in NOMA area??”
Jeremy also writes just before 11pm: “For at least the third night in a row, U.S. Park Police is flying around DC (not unheard of, but not exactly common esp. at night), and is now joined by a CBP helicopter in SE DC…“
