The hot and wild spring market has taken a brief hiatus both in terms of temperature and open houses with only 260 scheduled across the District this weekend. It is a holiday weekend after all, so once all those eggs are found and the bunnies are petted, the market will rebound to normal seasonal hotness quickly.
