DC Open House List for This Weekend

With winter weather chilling our everyday lives in the DMV, the real estate market is doing the same. This is no surprise in the holiday season and is something we are used to seeing as new listings and open houses take a brief dip in numbers. While the inventory options aren’t as diverse, there are a lot of good deals to be had with people trying to sell before 2024. Then, it’s time to dust. Lexi starts with high-touch surface areas (think: refrigerator, dishwasher, counters, microwave). One area she sees often neglected is the bedroom — and it makes sense. Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
