Update: I’ve just been told by the owner of Perry’s that the name will not be Sabzi. Will update again with more info as soon as I learn it!

My husband noticed they’re removing the “Mintwood Place” decals from the windows today…so I did a little googling to see if there had been any recent announcements.
I found a place called “Sabzi” on Google Maps, and Sabzi is listed as “opening soon” under Saied Azali on this site.
Mintwood Place abruptly closed back in August 2022.
