On August 13, 2023, we will be holding an informal memorial service at Retrobottega (2435 18th Street, NW), starting at 9:00pm. This occasion marks the first anniversary of Matteo’s passing, and it serves as an opportunity for all those who knew and loved him to come together, reminisce, and celebrate his life.
Matteo was a man who had an unwavering passion for bringing friends together over a glass of wine. He had a gift for creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie, and we intend to continue his legacy in our tribute to him. As a gesture of appreciation for his enduring friendship, the first drink will be on the house.”

Heavy furniture is difficult to move around, but it’s important to really get in there so dust doesn’t affect your sleep.
