Well-Paid Maids, the DMV’s living-wage cleaning company, is all about treating its cleaners — who are W-2 employees — well. That includes paying them a starting wage of $23 an hour and providing benefits, like paid time off.
This year, Well-Paid Maids added a new paid holiday to its calendar: July 4. That means all employees took the day to spend with their friends and families.
July 4 is one of four paid holidays at Well-Paid Maids. Plus, employees get 20 PTO days annually.
