You’ll find two desks, providing ample room for multiple monitors, two dressers for storage, as well as private access to the roof and plenty of space to lounge. The furniture can also be removed or adjusted to fit your needs.

The townhouse is situated in the Foxhall neighborhood about 5 minutes away from Georgetown University. Essential amenities, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, are easily accessible. The rest of the house is also fully stocked and furnished, so no need to make any additional purchases during your time in DC.

The roommates are four young professionals (25-30 yrs.) working in international affairs. They are all very welcoming, tidy, and always open to hanging out.

Rent and Terms:
Rent: $1100 per month
Sublease Availability: 7/1-10/1
Availability: Ready for move-in (includes everything you would need!)
