Columbia road NW (near 18th and Biltmore) have been under construction for what seems like months. Does anyone knows when this project might finally end and what is actually going on?
They have damaged numerous trees in the area and the work is very noisy. It seems like they tear up and then fix the road only to tear it up again.”
