“Petworth Arts Fest & Teddy Bear Picnic
Saturday, May 20, 10am-1pm @ Sherman Circle NW
We are excited to present the first Petworth Arts Fest & Teddy Bear Picnic! Pack a picnic, bring a t-shirt to decorate, and kids bring your favorite stuffed bear for a teddy bear picnic!
The Petworth Arts Collaborative and Petworth Peanuts will transform Sherman Circle into an engaging art space with live music, art demonstrations led by local artists, and interactive art activities for all ages, including painting and nature crafts.
This free event is made possible through generous support from ANC-4D, Solstice Smiles, Parker McCarthy of Compass Real Estate, Rose Whelan of Whelan Law PLLC, Tabla, Scott Wallace of Edward Jones, Derrick Creative, Friends at Petworth Library, Lighthouse Yoga, Lincoln’s Cottage, Brightwood Pizza & Bottle, Petworth Ace Hardware, Creativecouch Designs, and Bailer Design. There are also lots of opportunities to volunteer at the event!
