I was robbed, scooter jacked at First & W Street, NW. They threatened to shoot me but I never saw a gun.
The car followed me as I turned right on W street, it was a silver Hyundai or something similar, I couldn’t get the tag or a better photo.
They cut me off @ 73 W Street in the driveway of the alley. Pulled right in front of me to block me.
4 young men in black masks jumped out, shouted that they would shoot me if I didn’t give them the moped and shoved me to get me off of it.
This all happened @ 6:48 pm” (Sunday night.)
