I met someone tonight (Sunday) and the more I think about it, the more I regret not asking for his number. The scenario:
I was outside Whole Foods in Navy Yard when I saw a medium sized herding dog waiting for her person. She was sweet and I decided to wait with her because I didn’t want her to get stolen, and I figured I’d let the owner know about all the dog thefts since lots of people have no idea. Her owner came out soon after and he was soo cute. We talked about his dog Cleo — he got her when he was teaching English in China — and my rescue beagle.
I think I remember the tag on Cleo’s collar saying Andrew, so if Andrew is out there and would be interested in getting to know the girl with the broken foot who kept Cleo company, please send him my way!!
