There was a team from the city jackhammering Columbia Rd near Kalorama Park last night for quite some time starting just after 3:00am.
Any idea why? I wonder if it was an emergency–then again, they’ve had chainsaws and a wood chipper out to prune trees after 1:00am before, so who knows.”
