A reader reports: “The restaurant will serve North African food with a beverage menu focused on specialty cocktails.”
The liquor license placard for Astoria’s Kitchen by 54 says:
“New Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant with a seating capacity of 101 and Total Occupancy Load of 101. Sidewalk Café with a seating capacity of 25. Licensee is requesting an Entertainment Endorsement to provide live entertainment with Dancing and Cover Charge inside the premises only. Licensee is also requesting an Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.”
