The owners live in the main house and have two small children, and you will share access to part of the backyard with the owners. Ample street parking is available. The carriage house is just a couple blocks to the Brookland Arts Walk and Farmers Market, Yes! Organic Market, neighborhood shops and local restaurants as well as the Metro (Red line) and Catholic University.
