You sat down on the grass with your two friends next to me in the shade at the Georgetown waterfront near the Georgetown floor covering end. You arrived around 3 pm and stayed until about 4 pm (Sunday).
I was sitting on a green blanket reading a book wearing a blue short sleeve button up and grey shorts. You were wearing a white top, very cute earrings, and had about shoulder length hair. I think I caught your gaze a few times and should’ve said hi but felt bad about interrupting.
