Thanks to Josh and Jason (and everyone else) for sending the Takoda update: “Saw this sign being raised on my walk to work this morning and then in place later in the day. It’s on the new building on the corner of First and N Street, SE across from the stadium, next to the Hilton Garden Inn.
It looks like second floor plus rooftop patio.”
