Io is a dapper 14 y/o, 22 lb DSH looking for a loving home to retire to. Io lost the only home he has ever known when his elderly owner became too ill to take care of him. Despite moving from Puerto Rico to DC in his golden years, six weeks into life in his foster home and he’s all over the house, watches tv next to his foster mom, and sleeps on the bed next to his foster mom’s head every night.
