“DC Health was notified of an IT integration error that impacted some individuals who were tested between December 11 through December 14”

Thanks to L. for sending: “Just what you want to hear when you are waiting for test results after receiving an exposure notification!”

From Testing Results (DOH):

“DC Health was notified of an IT integration error that impacted some individuals who were tested between December 11 through December 14, 2021 at DC Health’s public testing sites and test yourself locations. As we work towards resolution in collaboration with our technology and lab partners, we advise you to re-test in order to have a test result that reflects your current infection status.

To be re-tested, please consult with your primary care doctor or proceed to the DC Public Testing site of your choice. A list of sites is available at www.coronavirus.dc.gov/testing. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You may disregard this message if you have already received your results, as results are being intermittently distributed.”
