Two blocks from the Capitol Hill SE Safeway and four blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro stop. Walking and biking distance to the Hill, Lincoln Park, and Congressional Cemetery. The rent is $1,065 (includes water), you pay other utilities (never more than $100 for electric and gas). The unit is pet-friendly for only an additional $25/month.
