This condo is .38 miles to NOMA-Gallaudet Metro. Also if you like to go out on U Street or beyond, you’re 1 mile from all that action (a 20 minute walk or quick bike ride).
I’m an experienced landlord and have references of current tenants of responsiveness. If it’s an emergency, I’m there within 2-4 hours. I live 3 blocks away and work close by. I’m also a wine drinker and routinely drop off bottles of cab sauv if that suites you as well!
